DVD Donkey .com

Here reports from other sites will be added to newly reported incidents so we may see the full perspective of these cases.

You are very welcome to add to the tally by reporting experiences (good as well as bad) and relevant comments about this company in particular. Comments not regarding the title company will be moved to an appropriate section of this place, with a notice of the movement visible for a minimum of 7 days.

Placing a false "me" just before the @ in your e-mail address should fool eventual spam-bots (my e-mail would become soedtume@hotmail.com instead of soedtu@hotmail.com) and I'll easily be able to remove the "me" and reach you should it be needed. I'll not take action against e-mails posted without "me", as spam is much less serious than personal data open to the public.

Rest assured that I will not misuse your e-mail or any other information. That I would never do so should be immediately apparent by the existence of this website ;-)

At this point I attempted at minimum 25 email demanding my money back, attempted several phone calls and the live messenger thing is a joke!

After all this we received 3 more emails from these jerks.

That is the one that really pissed me off as they lied saying they had not charged our card but they did charge our card on the 11 of Jan 08

purchased a box set from this joke of a company....same emails as the person above!
i never got responses from them as to where my box set was and after about the 10th email i said i would take actions further if need be!
i got an almost instant reply from the company using a different email address (orders@tvaddicts.tv) telling me that it had been shipped and then gave me a shipping number!
i thought they might be busy as most people are around december! checked the shipping number didnt work....thought it might not be in the system yet give it a couple days still didnt work!
emailed them again they said sorry didnt know what was wrong gave me another shipping number (but was still the same number [CX212033655CA] using canada post) still didnt work with no suprise!
havent heard anything back from them cant get my money back and still no box set so i have been robbed of $128!
if anyone knows of someone about to use them strongly advise against it and try and get this blog in a high listing in google with a title saying DO NOT USE DVD DONKEY!!!
